1. Online Consultation

Your journey begins with an online consultation designed to understand your concerns, expectations and goals — both aesthetic and functional. Breathing difficulties, nasal obstruction and septal deviation are evaluated alongside aesthetic aspects, because a well-performed surgery respects form and function equally.

All patients are required to complete a CT scan of the paranasal sinuses prior to surgery. For revision cases or patients requiring additional structural support, a rib cartilage CT scan may also be requested. All imaging must be available digitally for prior review. Once exams are submitted, a second online consultation is scheduled to discuss the surgical plan in detail.

2. Arrival & Preparation

We recommend arriving at least two days before surgery for your in-person preoperative consultation. When possible, a stay of around 30 days is encouraged for a more comfortable recovery — though most patients are cleared to return home approximately 14 days after surgery. Airport transfers and accommodation guidance are provided upon arrival.

3. Surgical Planning

Every procedure is planned individually, considering your anatomy, skin characteristics, breathing function and aesthetic goals. Natural-looking results and structural stability are always the priority. In the week before surgery, patients are advised to maintain a lighter diet, avoid excessive alcohol and refrain from smoking.

4. Surgery Day

All procedures are performed under general anesthesia, alongside a highly experienced anesthesia team. You will be transported from your hotel to the hospital and asked to arrive approximately one and a half hours before the procedure. Most patients are discharged the same day. Traditional nasal packing is not routinely used — internal splints are preferred to minimize discomfort and support early breathing.

5. Early Recovery

During the first postoperative week, swelling, congestion and a temporary sensation of nasal blockage are expected and gradually improve. Follow-up appointments are scheduled regularly throughout your stay. You will have direct access to the surgeon's personal contact for any questions or concerns — the goal is for you to feel fully supported at every stage.

6. Remote Follow-Up

After returning home, follow-up continues through scheduled online consultations — typically at one month, three months and six months post-surgery. Rhinoplasty healing evolves progressively, and long-term follow-up is an essential part of achieving refined, stable and lasting results.
